WAMALA GROWERS UNION ELECTS SUPERVIORY COMMITTEE

On 26th June 2026, Wamala Growers Cooperative Union Limited carried out elections to get members to be part of the supervisory committee of the Union. This committee is responsible of doing follow-ups on all the cooperatives that are affiliated to the Union
Different members contested and showed interest in taking part in the elections. After the casting of votes, they were counted and the three that had gotten votes more than the opponents emerged the winners.
Winners were immedietely given Holy Books and they swore in to work according to the favors of the Union and doing everything right according to the By-Laws that govern cooperatives in Uganda.
