VISION – To create and nurture functioning and sustainable primary co-operative societies and a vibrate economic enterprise with prosperous members.
MISSION – To support primary co-operative societies to function efficiently and effectively far the benefit to its members
ACHIVEMENTS IN LAST 5-10 YEARS

-Setting up a Vegetable cooking oil factory in
Mityana Municipality in 2008
-Constructing a Diary Milk plant in Kyankwanzi
District in 2010
-Reconstructing the Mityana Coffee factory belonging to the Union which was gutted by fire in 2013
-Setting up of modem maize mill in Mubende
Municipality in 2017
–Social responsibility: The union has been a vanguard in contributions towards construction of schools, churches, mosques and towards the Buganda Kingdom projects.
-Renovation of the infrastructure of the Union’s
Kyankwanzi Ranch No.2 including Dip Valley
Water tank, Houses and fencing in 2017.

GOVERNANCE STRUCTURE
The Union has an elected Board of Directors, consisting of Seven members, headed by the chairperson. The Board is responsible for policy direction of the Union, supervision of management, financial mobilization, to mobilize affiliate members, and to represent business Interests of farmers and the Union.

Community Engagement Program
Our cooperative actively engages with local communities, offering training and support to enhance coffee quality, promote sustainable farming, and ensure that farmers receive fair compensation for their hard work.
Coffee Excellence
Showcasing our commitment to quality coffee processing and farmer collaboration across Uganda while Promoting the mutual economic interest of union members in accordance with the co-operatives principles.
